German moon mission successfully rescued

Who didn‘t want to fly to the moon as a little boy? We are extremely pleased to have made a very small contribution to the possible success of the first German moon mission. The company PTScientists is engaged in the development of a moon lander and a rover. It works closely with Ariane and ESA to carry out a joint mission in the near future. There were temporary funding gaps along the way and the company had to file for bankruptcy. With our support, the insolvency administrator of the newspace company with 60 employees from Berlin, Sascha Feies, managed to find an investor within just six weeks. The investor took over the business operations with all employees and will carry on the mission. We keep our fingers crossed for success. Centuros GmbH worked together with Andreas Pres from Pres Partners in this M&A process.
